Our payment partner Point&Pay charges a service fee for processing the payment transaction. This fee is not charged by Arapahoe County, nor does Arapahoe County retain any portion of the fee.
The service fee is assessed to cover operating costs associated with servicing your credit card transaction, debit card transaction, or electronic check payment. When you use this service, two line items will appear on your receipt. One is for the record requested paid to Arapahoe County, and the other is for the service fee charged by Point&Pay. You will be informed of all charges and fees before you authorize your payment.
$1.50 in addition to the cost of the record. We will charge a $20.00 fee for returned Electronic Checks.

This report lists the Calls For Service (CFS) at a specific location in Unincorporated Arapahoe County over a particular time period. The report typically includes dates and times as well as the nature of the CFS. Address Checks are available for physical addresses only, but not for specific units within complexes. Address Checks can be requested for increments of up to three years. As with all other reports released under the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, identifying information on Sex Assaults and Juveniles, as well as information for which release would not be in the public interest, will be redacted.
A clearance letter indicates the individual has had no contact during the required detention schedule with the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office or the City of Centennial. Clearance letters are used for the purposes of employment, adoption, immigration, or presentation to a government entity.
The report includes the timeframe an individual was booked and released from the detention facility and it includes the individual’s charges. This is typically requested for Social Security or Unemployment verification.
