While the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office has few details on the arrest, the suspect in a homicide that occurred on Dec. 29, 2016 has been taken into custody. David Craine was arrested by Garfield County Sheriff’s Office (Utah) on Friday, Jan. 20, 2017.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office had been looking for 27-year-old Craine since obtaining a warrant for his arrest in a homicide in December.
Deputies had been called to 3151 W. Girard Ave. on a report of a shooting at about 10:45 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016. When they arrived, they found a man in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot would. The 36-year-old victim was transported to an area hospital, but did not survive.
This case remains under investigation and no additional details will be released.
