[ARCHIVED] Victim Assistance Cell Phone Bank Program

Since 2010, ACSO's Victim Assistance Program has partnered with the 911 Cell Phone Bank in collecting used cell phones which are then reformatted and provided to victims of crime who are in need of emergency communications.
