CENTENNIAL – The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is releasing its 2021 Annual Report. It is now available for review HERE. The report highlights the accomplishments and goals achieved over the course of last year.
“2021 was a busy year. We introduced our new school therapy dog, Rex. We built a new K9 Training Field and added school resource officers to three more area high schools. We also unveiled a new Fallen Deputy Memorial and sadly, said goodbye to K9 Roman,” says Sheriff Tyler Brown.
The report breaks down the number of calls for service and overall crime the agency investigated last year. It also shows the daily population at our detention facility and the programs we offer inmates. You’ll also find the number of concealed handgun permits we issued and the calls our 911 dispatchers handled.
“Everyone at this agency has a passion for public service and a commitment for safe communities. I truly believe we have one of the best law enforcement agencies in the country and our annual report reflects that,” says Sheriff Brown.
Hard copies of the annual report are available at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, Arapahoe County Administration Building and the City of Centennial Municipal Building.
