Gearing up for 2021 events with Arapahoe County Open Spaces

These challenging times have proven the immense value of our local parks, trails, and open spaces. Arapahoe County remains committed to protecting these treasured spaces and supporting a high quality of life for all residents. That’s why we have developed a full lineup of engaging community events in 2021.

From our inaugural 5K Trail Walk/Run Series (the first of four races this year is April 10), to Chalk Lines & Vines, to our outdoor summer movie series Pictures on the Plains, to the Arapahoe County Fair, the County’s Open Spaces group is proud to offer many fun ways to get outside with your family this spring and summer. All events will be staged with the most up-to-date health and safety protocols, so look over our events schedule and start making your plans for warm weather fun!
