UPDATE: 

We are no longer taking appointments for concealed handgun permits.

Beginning October 5, 2020 we will be opening our doors for 20 new concealed handgun permit applications, 10 renewal/out of county renewals and 10 civilian fingerprinting walk-ins PER DAY. We will take walk-ins Monday thru Thursday from 8:00am-4:00pm on a trial basis, at which point we will re-evaluate whether we'll continue or return to appointments only.

Once the slots are filled, we will not take any additional appointments.  If you do not get on the list, you will have to try another day.  Putting your name on the list does not guarantee your application will be processed the day you sign up, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are still honoring those who have appointments and they will take priority.  It is very important that you have all of your paperwork completed and in your possession when you come to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office.  The Sheriff’s Office is located at 13101 East Broncos Parkway.  Incomplete application packets cannot be processed and we will move onto the next applicant.
