And now, no matter your schedule, the new PEAK Chatbot is ready 24/7 to get you answers, fast. The PEAK Chatbot can help answer general questions about the program, help you sign in to your account, make a payment, and provide your Case ID, State/Member ID, program status, and PEAK application status.
A chat window will greet you with a main menu of common topics to choose from, or feel free to type your own question. Some features will require you to authenticate your account.
To use PEAK Chatbot, go to colorado.gov/PEAK, hover over “Online Assistance” at the top of the window and click “Chat for PEAK Technical Support.”
