17 Mile Holiday Celebrations

Open house at 17 Mile House farm park

Saturday, December 7
9 a.m.–12 p.m.

Travelers often bring their holiday traditions with them on the road, and those on the Smoky Hill Trail were no exception. Guests at the 17 Mile House may have celebrated St. Lucia’s Day, Christmas, Hanukkah, Las Posadas, Kwanzaa, Chinese Lunar New Year, Bodhi Day, Pancha Ganapati, Hogmanay, Soyal and more.

Learn about different holiday traditions while you tour the farmhouse and enjoy music and delicious holiday food.
