Make your home a safer place and reduce access to prescription drugs. The National Drug Take-Back Day is an opportunity to turn in unused prescription medications and over-the-counter medications.
Properly disposing of medications keeps medications out of the hands of someone who
might abuse them and also protects the environment.
Drug Take-Back Programs cannot accept the following items:
Needles and other Sharps
Mercury (thermometers)
Oxygen containers
Chemotherapy drugs or radioactive substances
Pressurized canisters
Illicit drugs
