2020 Uniform Business Personal Property Exemption

Adoption of a resolution to enact an increase in the uniform exemption from taxation upon business personal property to cause the first twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in actual value of personal property listed on a single personal property schedule to be exempt from the levy and collection of property tax for all businesses located in Arapahoe County for those taxes levied by the Board of County Commissioners of Arapahoe County for the Arapahoe County Budget, for the Arapahoe Law Enforcement Authority Budget, for the Arapahoe County Recreation District Budget, and for the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Public Improvement District Budget for tax year 2020, to be collected in calendar year 2021

Temporary Outdoor Service Areas Relaxation of Zoning Enforcement Resolution Extension

Adoption of a resolution to extend Resolution No. 200269 for an additional period of time until April 30, 2021. Resolution No. 200269 was adopted as a temporary emergency measure due to the COVID-19 pandemic to enable restaurants and bars, and other retail uses, if and when allowed under applicable Public Health Orders, to expand service areas for temporary outdoor accommodations and to withhold zoning enforcement that would otherwise prohibit such temporary outdoor service areas
