Consideration of a request to adopt and public hearing on proposed Ordinance #2019-02 to update and amend the existing County Stormwater Ordinance (No. 2012-01) in compliance with the County Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit.  First reading of and setting the public hearing on this proposed Ordinance was on May 28, 2019
