Adoption of a resolution approving the change of ownership of the medical marijuana facility from Green Leaf LLC to Golden Meds for the location at 2280 S. Quebec St. #G, Denver, CO  80231, issuance of the Medical Marijuana Local License pursuant to the Arapahoe County Medical Marijuana Policy to be valid from May 19, 2020 through May 17, 2021, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners to sign the local license
