Adoption of a resolution to approve the acceptance of the quit claim deed from the City and County of Denver for right-of-way along East Iliff Avenue and to authorize the Clerk and Recorder to record the document. The parcel of land is located along the north side of East Iliff Avenue and to the east of Cherry Creek Drive South, and is currently owned by the City and County of Denver
