The Land Development Code includes the Zoning Regulations and the Subdivision Regulations for unincorporated areas of Arapahoe County. The Land Development Code is an implementation tool for the County’s Comprehensive Plan. Regulations Governing Areas and Activities of State Interest (1041 Regulations) apply to certain land uses and developments in addition to other required land use approvals.
