New Submittals (engineering cases only):

• Email EngineeringSubmittals@arapahoegov.com to notify us you would like to start an “E-Case” application. Include the following information
  • Project Name
  • Contact information
  • Include the Engineering and Approval Form
• If you have not already, sign up with the Customer Access 
• A case Engineer will review application for completeness (up to three business days)
• 1^st Submittal review will begin after case is determined complete – 1^st review 15 business days
• Review fees will be invoiced through the Customer Access
• Comments and redlines will be returned to applicant through Customer Access

Re-Submittals (engineering cases only):

• Upload documents through Customer Access
• Email EngineeringSubmittals@arapahoegov.com to notify us once documents are completely uploaded. We DO NOT receive automatic notifications, if you do not email us, we do not know documents are uploaded and the review will not begin. Copy your case engineer in the email. 
  • Include the Engineering and Approval Form
• Re-Submittal review will begin after case is determined complete
  • 2^nd review 10 business days
  • 3^rd and any subsequent 5 business days
• Comments and redlines will be returned to applicant through Customer Access

As-Built Documents Submittals:

(*the as-built should be provided on the PDF of the approved construction documents)

• Upload as-built documents through Customer Access 
• Email to notify us once documents are completely uploaded. We DO NOT receive automatic notifications, if you do not email us, we do not know documents are uploaded and review will not begin. Copy your case inspector in the email.
• The case inspector will review documents for completeness (up to three business days)
•  Submittal review will begin after case is determined complete
  1. First review 15 business days
  2. Second review 10 business days
  3. Third and any subsequent review five business days
• Comments and redlines will be returned to applicant through Customer Access
