After all redemption periods have expired and title vests, the Public Trustee will execute and record a Confirmation Deed naming the holder of either the Certificate of Purchase or the last Certificate of Redemption.
If no Intents to Redeem have been filed with the Public Trustee Office within 8 business days after the sale, the Certificate of Purchase holder may request the Confirmation Deed.
Assignment
In the event that the Certificate of Purchase or Certificate of Redemption has been assigned, the assignment must be recorded with the County Clerk & Recorder prior to title vesting, and the recorded assignment must be attached to the request for the Confirmation Deed..
