1. Determine if you need a permit by reading the Reroofing Guide.
2. Complete your application using Customer Access
   1. Select the Residential Non-Review Building Reroof Permit or Search “Reroof” 
   2. You will be prompted to pay for your permit online
3. Your permit will be issued immediately upon payment
