Recording Fees The following fees are charged by Arapahoe County for recording documents and for copies of records. For more information, please call the Recording Division at 303-795-4520.

Certified Copy Add $1 per document

Recording Fees 

Payment is accepted in cash, check or money order payable to 'Arapahoe County Clerk.' (Returned checks will be subject to a service charge and processing fee.) If mailing the document to us, please include your return mailing address on the front of the document in the upper left-hand corner.
